The Aaron Project

The Aaron Project delivers baskets to those families who have lost a child through miscarriage, stillborn or infant loss. To keep this ministry alive and going, we still need your continued support, prayers and donations. Please drop off any items and/or monetary donations at the parish office. If anyone is in need of a “Comfort Basket,” please call Susan Hayward @ 628-2840. More information on the Aaron Project and the “Wish List” can be found in the foyer of the church by the Rosebud Ministry.

Women of St. Joseph General Meeting

Women of St. Joseph General Meeting, Thursday, September 4th at 7PM in Family Room of the Church. Please be sure to come to this meeting as we have important business to discuss including the election of new officers later this Fall.
The Women of Saint Joseph is a group for all ages. There is a place for you here. Embracing our femininity, we gather to unify the women of our parish. We provide a creative outlet, life long friendships and many opportunities for service. As women, it is in our nature to want to nurture and care for the needs of others. We find that in giving of ourselves, we receive all the graces God intended for us. Please join us. Our activities include Day and Evening Socials, Birthday Celebrations, Mom’s Group, Red Hats, Funeral Committee, Art & Craft Show and the Semi-Annual Yard Sales.

Thank You!

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in
training would like to thank all of those who
attended and donated to last Sunday’s cancer
fundraiser breakfast. This event would not been
possible without the generous support of our
Knights of Columbus #8179 who donated all of the
supplies and provided help to run this event that
raised $1244. to help fight cancer. I would like to
give special thanks to Valerie Gilbert, age 8, who on
her own collected $131.00 from friends and
neighbors to donate to this event.
Thank you,
Tom Davenport,
Leukemia Society Fundraising Captain
