2017 Marks the 100th Anniversary of Fatima

Between May 13 and October 13, 1917, Our Lady appeared to three children in the village of Fatima, Portugal. The six appearances contained warnings, as well as predictions of trial and persecution, but also of hope and victory to those who turn to her for help. In honor of the anniversary and the upcoming month of Mary, we have an opportunity to examine more fully Church teaching on Mary, to study her life and example, and draw closer to Christ through our rich tradition of Marian devotions.
